30-day return policy
Begin your return in the portal within 30 days of the delivery date, and ship the parcel soon after you create the packing slip.
Item Condition
To be accepted, returned items must meet all of the following requirements:
- In its original condition — unworn.
- Returned in the original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase.
Return Requirements & Authorization
We offer free return shipping; however, please note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied to each pair of shoes returned.

If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) along with instructions on how to proceed.
Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@weimanshoes.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
To receive the item you want as quickly as possible, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item. Once your return is accepted, your refund will be processed according to our policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method automatically.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
